Series characteristics
Reed contact-based magnetic sensors of the MMS 218 series are available with a choice of normally open, normally closed, or changeover contacts. The cylindrical housing is designed for clamp or plug-in mounting and can be actuated through non-ferromagnetic materials such as wood, plastic, or aluminum. Various cable lengths, sensitivity ranges, and connector options allow for flexible adaptation to customer-specific applications.
